• West Nile virus detected in Trotwood mosquitoes; spraying begins Oct. 1 (whio.com) — Mosquitoes in Trotwood have tested positive for West Nile virus, and county health officials will begin spraying targeted streets at dusk tonight, Oct. 1, weather permitting. Areas include Beardsley and Burman roads, Redway Circle, Macgregor Drive, and around the Goodwill parking lot on East Main Street, with signs posted and a hotline available for questions.
