9th Annual Crocker Park Fine Art Festival

Festival promoter Howard Alan Events, producer of many award-winning juried art fairs throughout the country, has taken over the reigns as coordinator of the Crocker Park Fine Art Festival, slated for June 14 - 15, 2014.  This two-day juried event will transform Crocker Park into an outdoor gallery style art exhibit. Festival patrons can expect to see bold and vibrant paintings, contemporary and whimsical art, life-size sculptures, photography, handcrafted jewelry and much more. Saturday, 6/14, 10am to 8pm, and Sunday, 6/15, 11am to 6pm.  Admission is free and open to the public.

“This is a wonderful addition to our line up of high-end art shows,” says Howard Alan, founder of Howard Alan Events. “The artists are juried by an independent panel of expert judges and are hand-selected from hundreds of applicants based on quality and diversity in order to ensure a wide array of artwork with broad appeal.”

The festival will showcase the finest work of more than 100 leading artists and crafters in the country and will appeal to people of all ages including families, art and craft enthusiasts, serious collectors looking for new and emerging talent, as well as the casual shopper interested in unique gift items. All exhibitors will be on site for the duration of the show. 

Art enthusiasts will have the opportunity to engage the artists and crafters to gain a better understanding of their work and inspiration as they stroll through the vast array of quality original art and craft items on display and for sale.  They will also be able to register to win the free art giveaway featuring the work of participating artist Maria Reyes Jones. The prize, an 18” x 24” reproduction of her original painting titled “Poppies in Spiral Vase”, will be on display at her booth, where registration will also take place.  No purchase will be necessary to participate and the winner will be announced during the final hour of the festival. Festival patrons visiting the booth of show sponsor WindowPRO, will have the opportunity to win $10,000 in windows and doors.  There is no fee required to register for this giveaway.  In addition, those who sign up for a free in home consultation and estimate during the event, will receive a $200 discount off of every window and door.  Additional details will be available at WindowPRO’s booth.

Event sponsor, Renewal by Anderson, will continue their quarterly sweepstakes at this show encouraging homeowners to register to win $10,000 in windows and doors.
