How to pay Sewer & Water bills during Stay-at-Home Order

Due to the Governor Mike DeWine’s Stay-at-Home Order, intended to help slow the spread of COVID-19, the city has taken several steps to keep our residents and employees safe.

At this time the city will no longer be accepting sewer payments in person at City Hall until further notice. Please use one of the following convenient ways to pay your quarterly sewer bill:

1. Free Online payment via Credit Card (PREFERRED) – click here
2. Free automatic payment through your bank account - click here
3. Mail payment to: City of Westlake, P. O. Box 74078, Cleveland, OH 44194-4078

Residents can also sign up for an annual billing arrangement and receive a $5.00 discount for paying the sewer bill for the entire year in just one installment – click here for the form

Payments may be also be dropped off outside City Hall in the secure mailbox to the left of the front doors.
