City Council will live-stream April 2 meeting
Westlake City Council will be live-streaming its April 2 meeting at 8 p.m. on the city’s website, accessible HERE and via a link on the site’s homepage (right-hand side). Residents will be able to email comments in advance about agenda items to drosenbaum@cityofwestlake.org. The meeting agenda is available to be viewed online.
The decision to stream meetings in lieu of holding them in person is the result of the current health crisis caused by the COVID 19 virus. It also reflects provisions of Ohio House Bill 197, which permits the use of electronic communications in lieu of in-person meetings during the emergency declared by Governor Mike DeWine’s Executive Order 2020-01D (but not beyond Dec. 1, 2020). Read more about the bill HERE.
