• Ardmore police report park stabbing, string of car burglaries (kxii.com) — Police in Ardmore are investigating a stabbing between two 11-year-old boys at Whittington Park and a separate overnight spree of 18 car burglaries and a home break-in on Seventh Avenue Northwest. One boy was treated and released, another taken into juvenile custody, and a 20-year-old suspect now faces multiple burglary charges, prompting reminders for residents to lock vehicles and secure valuables. 
• Southern Oklahoma Memorial Foundation Grants 2026 (fundsforngos.org) — Nonprofits in and around Ardmore have a new funding opportunity from the Southern Oklahoma Memorial Foundation, which is accepting grant applications through December 1, 2026. Eligible 501(c)(3) and government entities within 50 miles of Ardmore can seek support for health, education, social services, and quality-of-life projects that benefit local residents.
