• US senator from Texas introduces bill to rename highway that runs through Oklahoma after Trump (koco.com) — Boise City drivers could see their already state-designated Donald J. Trump Highway pushed a step further, as a Texas senator has proposed renaming U.S. 287 as federal Interstate 47, or “Trump Interstate.” The bill aims to upgrade the route’s status, expand the Trump naming beyond Oklahoma’s Panhandle segment, and potentially boost freight movement and economic activity along the corridor.
