• Tulsa Traffic Advisory 9-9-26 (oklahoma.gov) — Drivers in Catoosa should be prepared for ongoing lane closures and narrowed lanes on I-44, SH-66, and the Will Rogers Turnpike ramp as a major interchange project continues through 2028. Two lanes will stay open during peak times, but reduced speeds and construction will impact daily commutes across the Tulsa metro, including key connections toward Tulsa and surrounding suburbs.
