OKC Utilities says discolored water is safe to drink as officials investigate cause (news9.com) — Oklahoma City Utilities says recent discolored tap water in areas served by the Lake Stanley Draper plant is safe to drink, though testing continues to pinpoint the cause. Housing and retail development underway near Scissortail Park in Oklahoma City (koco.com) — A major new housing and retail project is reshaping South Robinson Avenue near Scissortail Park in downtown Oklahoma City, turning a former scrapyard into apartments and shops. With hundreds of units, local food tenants, and city support, the development aims to extend downtown's growth and be finished before the 2028 Olympics.

Woman sentenced to 15 years in prison for DUI crash that killed metro man (news9.com) — In an Oklahoma City courtroom, a woman received 15 years in prison and 10 years of probation for a DUI crash that killed Thomas Ferguson, whose family waited four years for this outcome. Oklahoma City VA expands healthcare access with new clinics and upgrades (koco.com) — Veterans in and around Oklahoma City could soon see shorter drives and more services as the local VA healthcare system adds new clinics and upgrades across several communities. New facilities in Norman, Yukon, and expanded mental health and dental care aim to enroll 10,000 more veterans and bring treatment closer to where they live.
