Charcuterie Concept Graze Craze Opens First Location in Portland, OR
Innovative brand brings customizable grazing experience to the West Coast
Graze Craze™, a booming new concept in charcuterie boards and boxes for healthy lunches, office catering and special events, opened its first Oregon location at 14021 NE Glisan St. in East Portland. Graze Craze is the newest food brand to join the community of award-winning companies affiliated with United Franchise Group™.
The Portland Graze Craze opened under the direction of franchisee Tom Cook at the Glendoveer Golf Course inside Von Ebert’s Brewery. Cook identified an opportunity in the Portland market for a unique grazing and charcuterie business and knew Graze Craze would be a perfect fit to meet the local demand. With over two decades of experience in restaurant franchising, Cook is looking forward to expanding Graze Craze’s presence in Portland, with plans to open six more locations over the next nine months.
“We love to eat charcuterie, so when we discovered Graze Craze, we believed it was something that people should have access to all over Portland,” said Cook. “We’re excited to use our expertise to spread the Graze Craze footprint across our community and to play a central role in helping others celebrate all the special moments in their lives.”
