Dear PPS families,

We know many students still need to borrow a Chromebook from PPS to begin their home-based distance learning. We are happy to offer a second round of Chromebook pickup on Thursday, April 9, and Friday, April 10, and again on Monday, April 13, through Friday, April 17, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The health and safety of our employees, students and community is our number one priority, so PPS is following CDC guidance of physical distancing at our pickup sites. For everyone’s health and safety, we are asking:

  • If you are driving: Please stay in your vehicle when you come to pick up the device. Our team will come to your vehicle.
  • If you are walking or taking transit or rideshare to the school, please honor the six feet of physical distance rule. We will have a walk up line for distribution.

Additionally, the Chromebooks have been sanitized and are bagged for your health and safety. Each bag includes a Chromebook, a charger, and instructions to connect to available wifi (internet).

Parents and guardians can pick up a Chromebook for their students who are in grades K-12. High school students can pick up a Chromebook without being accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please bring student ID to verify they are a current PPS student.
