It was the third such incident in less than a month in Portland.
In late June, former NFL star Stanley Wilson was shot while naked and allegedly trying to break into someone's home and then a couple of days later a mom shot and killed an intruder she found in the bedroom of one of her children.
The homeowner who shot Wilson was ruled justified. The investigation into the mom continues.
