In addition to the great shopping, PHS will present demonstrations and product samplings throughout the day. Complimentary presentation topics will include container gardening tips and tricks, cooking herbs and veggies from the garden, and selecting pollinator plants to attract bees and butterflies. PHS Garden Tenders will also be on site, showing guests how to make raised beds and select
the plants that will work best for their outdoor space.
Spring Fling is also a spectacular day to get the kids outdoors. While parents enjoy the shopping scene, children can observe demos about bees and butterflies with the Briar Bush Nature Center, tree climbing exercises with Bartlett Tree Experts, scavenger hunts in the estate house, and the always popular face painting.
