Whitpain Real Estate Market Statistics December 2013

The December 2013 Real Estate Market Statistics (provided by TrendMLS) are now officially posted for all our local counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia.  Year to date for Montgomery County in December 2013, settled single family homes were up 14.67% from last year.  The average sales price in Montgomery County came in at $321,000 up 3.88% from the previous year.  Looking at our surrounding counties, Bucks County was up 19.33% in settled single family homes at an average sales price of $332,000, Chester County was up 14.27% at $357,000, Delaware County was up 12.07% at $265,000, and lastly Philadelphia County was up 15.99% at an average of $179,000.
