17-Year-Old Carjacking Suspect Busted By Lower Merion Police
A teenage boy is responsible for three recent carjacking incidents in Lower Merion, officials say.

LOWER MERION, PA -- A 17-year-old carjacking suspect has been busted by Lower Merion police, the township announced in a news release over the weekend.
The teen, a Philadelphia resident, is believed to have committed the robberies on three separate occasions: September 15, September 24, and October 13, police said.
In each case, the suspect displayed a handgun as he demanded keys to the vehicle, cash, and the victim's cell phone, according to the township.

All three incidents occurred in the Bala Cynwyd section.
No injuries were reported.

The teen has been charged as an adult with armed robbery and related counts.
