2 Lower Merion Businesses Hosting Nonprofit Benefits

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA – Two Lower Merion Township businesses are hosting benefit events that will support local author Nahjee Grant's nonprofit organization.

Iron Hill Brewery in Ardmore and Five Below of Wynnewood will be hosting events that will support Grant's nonprofit – The World Was Made For You – which is looking to break a Guinness World Record for the most backpacks filled with school supplies in an hour.

From Aug. 17 to Aug. 24, anyone who makes purchases at Five Below in Wynnewood can have 10 percent of the sale donated to the nonprofit.

Then on Aug. 20, Iron Hill will donate 20 percent of sales to the nonprofit.

All funds will support the effort to fill backpacks that will be distributed to underserved communities in Philadelphia.
