WYNNEWOOD, PA — Authorities in Montgomery County said an arrest has been made and charges have been filed in connection with Sunday's deadly Main Line home invasion.

Charles Fulforth, 41, of Jenkintown, is charged with second-degree murder, three counts of felony robbery, felony burglary, and conspiracy to commit burglary for Sunday's deadly home invasion in Wynnewood, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office.
Fulforth was taken into custody in Abington Township Thursday without incident after investigators learned he was in an apartment building, the DA's office said.

Authorities quickly identified one suspect as Kelvin Roberts, 42, of Philadelphia, after conducting vehicle record searches and visiting a home on Sansom Street in Philadelphia. Roberts is still at large and is also being pursued by the U.S. Marshals Service Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force.

However, thanks to evidence found at the crime scene and video footage from the 5900 block of Sansom Street, authorities determined at least one other person was involved in the crime.
When investigators searched the Meredith Road home shared by the Gaudios, they found 11 spent shell casings, among other things.
Three of those fired cartridge casings were from a 9mm gun and eight were from a .25 caliber firearm. The two different shell casings led authorities to believe at least two people were involved in the home invasion.
In addition to a jewelry box, a 2004 Jeep Cherokee was stolen in the incident.
Dashboard camera footage from Lower Merion Police captured Roberts driving his girlfriend's Hyundai early Sunday morning, while the driver of the stolen Jeep was unaccounted for.
Authorities later tracked the Hyundai to Sansom Street in Philadelphia.
While reviewing surveillance footage from that area after the home invasion, authorities saw who they said was Roberts pull up in a white vehicle and then a Jeep Cherokee pull up shortly thereafter. The video also showed an unidentified man get out of the Jeep. The two men were seen walking toward Roberts' girlfriend's home on that block of Sansom Street.
The Jeep was found that same block, authorities said.
It's unclear at this point why the Gaudio home was targeted, authorities said.
According to authorities, after getting inside the Gaudio home at 9 Meredith Road in Wynnewood, Roberts and Fulforth went upstairs, shot Bernadette Gaudio, then fatally shot Andrew Gaudio when he came to his mother's aid. It's unclear which suspect shot who, authorities said.
Bernadette was able to call 911 using Siri on her iPhone, which authorities called incredibly brave, as Roberts and Fulforth were still in her home when she made the call. Authorities said she is paralyzed, but has regained some movement since the shooting.
On Tuesday, detectives met with a source, who said Roberts was criminally involved with his boss at Junkluggers in Willow Grove. That source described the boss as a bald, white man.
Detectives went to Junkluggers where they met with Fulforth, who told them he was Roberts’ immediate boss and provided his cell number.
Detectives again reviewed surveillance from Sansom Street which showed a man, fitting Fulforth’s description, getting out of the Jeep Cherokee and go inside the Sansom residence with Roberts.
Search warrants were obtained for Roberts’ and Fulforth’s cell phones, which showed both of them at Samsom Street around midnight Sunday.
Data showed their phones moved toward the area of Meredith road at about 12:40 a.m. Sunday. Authorities said the two stayed in the area until 2:45 a.m., when both phones started traveling back to Sansom Street.
These cell phone records are consistent with the surveillance recovered from Sansom Street, and both phones were contacting each other in the minutes following the home invasion and homicide, according to the DA's office.
Fulforth’s phone was only in contact with Roberts during this time, authorities said.
Court records show Fulforth has a long criminal history in Montgomery County. Fulforth pleaded guilty to resisting arrest in 2023, disorderly conduct in 2021, criminal trespassing in 2016, arson in 2010, terroristic threats, simple assault, and aggravated assault in 2009, and DUI in 2005.
Anyone with information on Roberts' whereabouts or the potential other suspects in the deadly home invasion should call the Lower Merion Township Police at 610-645-6231 or the Montgomery County Detective Bureau at 610-226-5553.
A $5,000 reward is offered for information leading to Roberts' capture.
