Closed Lower Merion Township Bridge Reopens Early
The Black Rock Road Bridge closed Oct. 9 for rehabilitation work. But Lower Merion officials said the bridge is open a week early.

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA – Lower Merion Township announced Friday, Dec. 1 that the Black Rock Road Bridge has reopened.
The bridge, located just south of the Black Rock-Dove Lake road intersection in Bryn Mawr, closed Monday Oct. 9 for rehabilitation work after an inspection McCormick Taylor under PennDOT's direction.
The Mill Creek-spanning bridge is now open, a week ahead of schedule.
