German Shepard Missing In Lower Merion Area

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA – A German Shepard who was enjoying time at an off-leash park in Lower Merion chased a deer Wednesday evening and hasn't been home since.

Nanka, a friendly German Shepard, was at a dog park between Penn Valley and Harrington in Lower Merion Township, according to Nanka's owner.

She saw the deer and ran through the trees, chasing the deer toward Penn Valley, her owner said.

Her owners scoured the wooded area and called her name but did not find her.

She is wearing a large pink collar and well behaved, according to her owner.
