Lower Merion Trash, Recycling Pickups Affected By July 4 Holiday
In addition to trash and recycling changes, the administration building, treasurer's officer, and all lower merion libraries will be closed.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA – With Independence Day hitting in the middle of the week, Lower Merion Township's trash and recycling collections will be affected during the July 4 week.
With trash and recycling collections suspended on Wednesday, July 4 itself, a holiday collection schedule will be in effect July 2 through July 6.

Recycling
- Zones A1 and B1 – Monday
- Zones A2 or B2 – Tuesday
- Zones A3 or B3 – Thursday
- Zones A4 or B4 – Friday

- Zone 1 – Monday
- Zone 2 – Tuesday
- Zone 3 – Thursday
- Zone 4 – Friday
