Montgomery Ave. Closing Next Week, Detour In Place
Additionally, Interstate 476 north will see a right lane closure in Lower Merion and Radnor, PennDOT said.

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA – Montgomery Avenue in Lower Merion Township will be closed and drivers will be detoured next week as crews work on overpass beam replacement , according to PennDOT.
Montgomery Avenue will be closed and detoured between Old Gulph and Spring Mill roads Sunday, Oct. 1, through Thursday, Oct. 5, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, PennDOT said. Additionally, the road will be closed and drivers will be detoured from 5 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, through 5 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 8.
During construction, Montgomery Avenue motorists will be directed to use Old Gulph and Spring Mill roads. Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone.

Motorists will encounter a right lane closure on northbound I-476 between the Lancaster Avenue and Interstate 76 interchanges in Radnor and Lower Merion townships, as well as West Conshohocken Borough, Saturday, Oct. 7, beginning at 5 a.m., through Sunday, Oct. 8, at 5 a.m.
Crews will be working on beam replacement on the overpass carrying northbound Interstate 476 over Route Montgomery Avenue, PennDOT said

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the construction areas because slowdowns will occur.
The contractor's schedule is dependent on the weather.
