Montgomery Avenue Closing Nightly Through Friday Morning: PennDOT

A stretch of the road will close nightly at 8 p.m. and reopen at 5 a.m. the next day throughout the week, according to PennDOT.

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA – Montgomery Avenue in Lower Merion Township will be closed and detoured Monday, Nov. 13 through the morning of Friday, Nov. 17, according to PennDOT.

Montgomery Avenue will be closed between Old Gulph Road and Spring Mill Road.

The road will be closed from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning on those days, PennDOT said.

Crews will be working on the overpass carrying northbound Interstate 476 over Montgomery Avenue, according to PennDOT.

During construction, Montgomery Avenue motorists will be directed to use Old Gulph Road and Spring Mill Road.
