Part-Time Clerk Sought For Lower Merion Police Department

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA – Lower Merion Township Police are seeking someone to serve as a part-time administrative clerk and call taker with the department.

Applicants must send in applications by Friday, March 9 to the Staff and Inspections Unit, 71 E. Lancaster Ave., Ardmore PA 19003-2323 or by email to police@lowermerion.org.

The job pays $24.74 an hour and requires about 15 hours of work per week. However, there may be chances to get more hours during other daytime and nighttime shifts.

Work hours are overnight from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following morning, Wednesday through Sunday.

The clerk/call taker duties include fielding administrative and occasionally emergency calls and directing them to the appropriate people.
