National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day help you clean out your medicine cabinet.

You can safely and securely get rid of any medications lying around in cabinets, drawers, and cupboard on Oct. 22, National Prescription Drug Take-Dack Day, in Ardmore.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Lower Merion Township Police Department at 71 E. Lancaster Ave., Ardmore will be taking medications to properly dispose of them.
Drug disposal services destroy medications through incineration, which prevents the medications from entering water systems or falling into the wrong hands, such as children or people who might abuse the medications.
