Two Home Burglars Busted Monday: Lower Merion Police

Police said they found and arrested a two people suspected of breaking into Ardmore and Haverford homes recently.

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA – Lower Merion Police said they have arrested two suspected home burglars after two Lower Merion Township homes were robbed Monday night after a home was burglarized Sunday night.

According to Lower Merion Police, a home on the 100 block of Valley Road was broken into at about 8:30 p.m.

The home was broken into through a side door, police said.

Once inside, the suspect stole jewelry from the home, according to police.

The suspect was later found and arrested, police said.

Then, at about 10 p.m. that same night, police were called to the 100 block of Rose Lane in the Haverford section for a home burglary.

Police said the suspect got inside the home through a first-floor window.

Police did not say if anything was taken, but later found and arrested the suspect.

A home in the Haverford section was hit by burglars sometime Sunday night. Jewelry was stolen.
