Unlocked Merion Home Burglarized: Lower Merion Police
This marks the fourth Lower Merion Township home to be burglarized between Oct. 2 and Oct. 10.

MERION, PA – An unlocked home in Lower Merion Township was burglarized recently, making it the fourth home to be burglarized in just eight days' time, according township police.
A home on the 300 block of Baird Road in the Merion section of the township was burglarized sometime between Thursday, Oct. 5 and Tuesday, Oct. 10, police said.
The burglar got into the home through an unlocked door, police said.

Once inside the burglar stole jewelry, according to police.

Since Oct. 2, four homes in the township have been targeted by burglars.
Between 3 p.m. Oct. 2 and 3 p.m. Oct. 3, someone broke into a home on the first block of Wynnewood Road in Merion.
A daytime burglary occurred at a home on the 100 block of Rock Glen Road in Wynnewood on Oct. 3
Sometime between Oct. 4 and Oct. 8, a home on the 200 block of North Highland Avenue in the Merion was burglarized.
Anyone who see suspicious activity in the area or has information about these crimes is urged to contact police at 911 or (610) 649-1000.
