Annie Sez Closing By Sunday: What Should Replace It?
The store is down to about six racks of clothes, most of which are discounted at least 50 percent.
Annie Sez in Penn Valley is now down to about six racks of clothes and in its final days, with its final closing slated for no later than Sunday, Feb. 26, a store employee said Tuesday.
The store's remaining merchandise is discounted up to 70 percent off, including a number of party dresses, with other significant discounts for items like sequined tops, Guess sunglasses and Michael Kors scarves.
The store has also sold off as many fixtures, like racks, as possible in the past few weeks, and will basically close as soon as all the merchandise is gone, an employee said. That could happen as soon as Friday, but the store will definitely close by Sunday, Feb. 26, according to the employee.
