Get ready to use a hula hoop in ways you've never seen before. We'll play fun games and do tricks using the hoops as props. You'll learn how to combine these hoop tricks into an impressive routine. Hoop dance is an effective cardiovascular exercise that feels just like playing. Hooping helps kids create a sense of community with classmates where they can practice sharing and team building, improves focus (during and after class), and have lots of fun.
Wear cotton clothing and sneakers. Hoops will be provided to borrow during class.
