Dynamic Arm Balancing Immersion: Building Strength & Strong Alignment with Johnathan Reiss
In this workshop we will cover preparation of the body for a powerful arm balancing practice. Development of open and strong wrists and shoulders will be taught along with many other safe and effective prehab techniques. After preparation we will move through essential technique in arm balances such as crow, single legged crow, all variations of koundinyasana, mayurasana-full and half, and much more. After learning how to build good ability within the arm balances, we will go through proper technique and preparation for transitioning between arm balances. Transitions such as, switching sides in mayurasana, dwi pada to koundinyasana 2, crow to single legged crow,handstand to crow, and much more will be covered. All are welcome to attend. We will start at the beginning,and look carefully ahead into our arm balancing futures.
