Escape from Child Duty to Child Pose

Full disclosure: I don't do yoga. Well, I did it once, and it hurt. I am especially inflexible and the one hour of novice yoga I tried, narrated on DVD by a nice Kiwi lady, carried me to the brink of hysteria.

As you can probably tell, I am exactly the kind of person who should be doing yoga. Plenty of exercises hurt the first time, and I need to overcome that mental block. I have plenty of friends and relatives do yoga all the time and swear by it.

Perhaps the two most enthusiastic yoga-ers (yogis?) I know are the parents of a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old. I encourage you Narberth-Bala Cynwyd parents to, like them, use one of our local yoga establishments as an occasional Great Escape:
