 Is the restaurant so quiet that any childish outburst will draw attention or is there enough noise that a small cry is likely to go unnoticed? There is a healthy amount of chatter, classical music piped in, and lots of wait staff coming in and out of the dining rooms, so a small cry would likely go unnoticed.
