Police Blotter: A Booze Bust, a Burglary and a Boosted Pile of Cash
Lower Merion police reported last week's crimes Monday.

Lower Merion Township police reported the following recent Bala Cynwyd incidents and crimes Monday afternoon:
On the afternoon of Monday, March 21, a home on the 300 block of Llandrillo Road was burglarized. Several doors were damaged, but no one was seen and it was not clear what, if anything, was stolen.
On Wednesday, a waiter at reported $50 in tip money had been stolen from him.

About 1:45 a.m. Friday, a cab driver called police from Belmont Avenue and Levering Mill Road, complaining that his passenger was drunk and giving him a hard time. He pulled over there to eject the passenger, and the two were arguing before police arrived.
Passenger Sam Vinci, 20, of St. Joseph's University was arrested and charged with public intoxication and underaged drinking, police said.
