Police Blotter: Laptop, Skateboard, Downspouts and Dinner Stolen in Bala Cynwyd Area
The following information has been supplied by the Lower Merion Police Department. If arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate guilt or a conviction.

Theft. Copper downspouts were stolen sometime between June 23rd and 25th, from a home on the 500 block of Righters Mill Road in Penn Valley. No value was given on the two 10-foot downspouts.
Public intoxication. At about 10:40 the evening of June 20, Scott Messmore, 46, of the 6000 block of Overbrook Avenue in Philadelphia was arrested and cited for public intoxication in the parking lot of the on City and Belmont avenues.
Theft of service. Four people left Chili’s June 25 without paying (time of day was not reported). Two black males and two black females had been seated in the lounge area and left in a Nissan Altima. The driver was described as 6 feet, 6 inches tall and approximately 300 lbs. The loss reported was $69.

Theft. A laptop computer of unknown value was stolen from a vehicle parked at the department store, 145 City Ave., between 5 and 7 p.m. on June 25th. The car was unlocked.
Theft. A skateboard was stolen on June 23 at about 1 p.m. after a minor left it outside the Penn Valley on Montgomery Avenue. The value of the board was reported at $220.
