Police Blotter: Running Vehicle Stolen From Wawa Parking Lot
The victim's wallet and phone were inside.

At a weekly media briefing Monday afternoon, Lower Merion police reported several following crimes and incidents that happened in the Bala Cynwyd area last week.
A customer at the left his black Land Rover running when he went in the store about 8 a.m. April 13. When he emerged, he saw a black man in a black coat and blue jeans driving the vehicle on Belmont Avenue toward the Schuylkill Expressway, police said. The vehicle has not been recovered; the victim's wallet and phone also were inside.
Philadelphia resident Jonathan Waggner, 22, was arrested trying to steal a $285 Gucci belt from about 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, police said. He was released on $2,500 bail.

Police at a DUI checkpoint at Belmont Terrace and Belmont Avenue about 12:50 a.m. Saturday, April 16, arrested motorist Jennifer Johnson, 26, of Philadelphia, when she registered a blood alcohol content of 0.12, police said
David Aquino, 23, of the 2900 block of Highland Avenue in Broomall was arrested about 1:45 a.m. Saturday, April 16, on Rock Hill Road in Bala Cynwyd. Police said Aquino was staggering in the rain, and his blood alcohol content tested at 0.24. Aquino was charged with public intoxication.
Marc Golde, 56, of the 100 block of Cynwyd Road in Bala Cynwyd was arrested about 5:35 p.m. Saturday, April 16, at the City Avenue . Police said he paid for some of the items in his cart but tried to hide $50 in over-the-counter drugs, and he was charged with retail theft.
Sometime over the weekend, a burglar broke a pane of glass on the main door of a home on the 400 block of Bryn Mawr Avenue, reached inside to unlock the door, then stole jewelry from the house.
