Students Tell Principal White Van Followed Them to Cynwyd Elementary
It's the second complaint in three days about a white van around the school.
students told their principal a white van followed them as they walked to school Tuesday morning, the second similar complaint in that area in three days, another school district official announced in an email Wednesday afternoon.
Subscribers to email announcements from neighboring got a message from principal Margery Andersen about 4 p.m. It read in part, "Today, Ms. DiMedio, Principal at Cynwyd Elementary School, was told by students that a white Ford containing two men were "following them" to school yesterday, Tuesday at around 8:00 am."
Andersen also related news of another incident , in which a white van was seen "acting suspiciously" near the Cynwyd playground Sunday afternoon.
