Trail Trot

The Friends of the Cynwyd Heritage Trail are
hosting the 3rd annual 5k run on the Trail to support improvements to
the Cynwyd Heritage Trail.  All
runners receive a T-SHIRT before the race! 
There will be water on the course and a post-run snack for all runners.  Awards for top overall M & F, plus 6 age
groups.
