In Chinese philosophy all the elements of our lives work in balance. Outward and inward complement each other, difficult and easy work together, active and passive create harmony. Because we spend so much time directing our focus outward, we need time to draw that awareness inward, rediscovering the calm center within. This workshop will begin with a softening Yin Yoga practice to loosen up the body and relax the mind. Then we will journey through a guided relaxation to patiently and mindfully explore the deepest areas of body and mind. Open to people of all levels of experience and physical condition.
