Yoga for Balance with Mark Nelson at The Yoga Garden

Balance is more than just physical. It starts with a state of mind that allows you to connect with the world around you, keeping you present and aware. In this workshop, we’ll establish a centered state of mind that will prepare you to mindfully move through a series of balancing postures. We’ll explore techniques for the mind and body as well as solutions for on-going balance issues in your practice. Students of all levels of experience are welcome.
