The Spring Equinox represents a change in
the seasons as well as in ourselves. Join us as we celebrate the coming
of spring with 108 Sun Salutations to LIVE music with Rich Ermlich.

  • The diameter of the Sun is 108 times the diameter of the Earth.
  • There are 108 beads on a mala, prayer beads.
  • There are 108 pithas, or sacred sites, throughout India.

We will flow through four rounds of 27 Sun Salutation A. Participants
do not need to complete every Sun Salutation and modifications are
encouraged.
