Funds deposited before 8 p.m. at TD Bank locations will be available the following business day
CHERRY HILL, N.J., and PORTLAND, MAINE – July 12, 2012 – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank®, today announced an extension of its deposit hours to give customers greater convenience and flexibility when accessing funds. With the extension of hours, deposits made in TD Bank individual, small business and commercial accounts by 8 p.m. Monday through Friday will be available for withdrawal the following business day. Many banks restrict the banking day to 4 p.m. or earlier.

Extended same day deposit hours until 8 p.m. are now available for customers at all of the bank’s nearly 1,300 locations. Stores in Florida and the Metro D.C. have offered the extended banking business day since TD Bank began serving those markets. TD Bank already offers customers extended hours, 7-day-a-week availability at many stores, and 24/7, 365-day-a-year live support through its phone contact centers.
