Bensalem Police Officer Hit During Chase: Reports

A Bensalem Police officer who was pursuing a prostitution suspect was reportedly struck Friday.

The officer suffered minor injuries following the incident, which was reported around noon at Tillman Drive and State Road, 6ABC said.

The officer was struck as he approached the suspect’s car. The suspect then fled after hitting him and two other vehicles, according to CBS Philly.

The chase ended on State Road near Camer Drive, reports say.

Two suspects are in custody, CBS Philly reports.
