Holy Ghost Prep to Build $3.5 Million Bensalem Activity Center
The building will include performing arts and gymnasium space, with a Fall 2017 opening expected.
Holy Ghost Prep has plans to build a $3.5 million activity center across from the main campus, Bucks County Courier Times reported. Construction will begin in the winter.
Plans include a 240-seat performing arts space, a multi-sport gymnasium and additional music and workout rooms. Students will no longer need to use the school’s field house as both a theater and gym should everything go according to plan, the Courier Times reported.
The school reportedly anticipates the issue of getting people safely across Bristol Pike, which separates the two facilities. Solutions thus far include an updated crosswalk for pedestrians and additional parking.
