Smiles, Greetings As Bensalem Schools Reopen: Photos
Bensalem Township welcomed two waves of students back to class Monday and Tuesday. There were even special guests to meet them off the bus.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —When students returned to classes in the Bensalem Township School District on Monday and Tuesday to kick off the 2023-2024 year, there was a police presence awaiting them at their schools.
But they were there to offer greetings and smiles. See photos below
As per tradition, members of the Bensalem Township Police Department and Bensalem Fire Police greeted students as they got off their buses for their first day of school.

On Monday, the first day of school is for Grades 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, and 12.
On Tuesday, kindergarteners and Grades 1, 7, and 9 will report for classes.
