AUDITIONS! The Pint-Sized Pirate

Coming up this Saturday!
Calling all young actors! Auditions for Star of the Day’s production of ‘The Pint Sized Pirate’ Saturday July 18th 12-3 pm at St. John’s UCC 139 N 4TH ST Emmaus.

Looking to cast 20-25 young actors ages 7-18.
No experience necessary. No preparation needed. Come with an open mind, a willingness to have fun, and follow directions.

CAST OF CHARACTERS

Pint Sized PIrate - a small pirate who sets out to rescue the pirates from a sea monster
SCUMMY – young pirate who says mean things to PETE/PEGGY
BOB and ROB the Brave – Two brothers who pick on PETE/PEGGY.
SUE THE STRONG - Another mean pirate.
SAM THE SMELLY – A mad pirate
CAPTAIN SLUDGE
CAPTAIN SOGGY
GRUNT – wise old pirate who speaks mysteriously
MERMAID Oceanna – helps PETE/PEGGY find the sea monster
WILLY the whale - someone who knows the way to the sea monster
BARNEY the barnacle–attached to the whale and mocks the whale constantly
PEARL the oyster – a game show host
VOICE of game show announcer– she can be some kind of sea animal or mermaid

EXTRAS –more kids for pirates, sea animals, mermaids, etc.

Rehearsals will be held in Emmaus with tech week and performances in Quakertown.
Rehearse July 25th -Aug 13
Performances Aug 14 7pm, Aug 15 11am & 2PM, Aug 16 11AM & 2PM
(There is a small cast participation fee that includes script, t shirt , and DVD)
