Taking a Breath for Lung Health Breakfast

The American Lung Association Breakfasts are free wellness events that educate and promote lung health. Company executives, community leaders and health and wellness partners will learn about:

• The alarming statistics related to lung disease
• Information on how to empower colleagues and families to take better care of their lung health
• The wellness initiatives and programs the American Lung Association can offer
• How we can all stand together to fight lung disease

This event also provides a great opportunity to network. Join us to learn ways to live and breathe healthier.

The Taking a Breath for Lung Health Breakfast program consists of an education breakout session on the prevalence of lung disease, a motivational key note on stress and wellness, a mission moment, Asthma Camp information and American Lung Association employee wellness programs. Lung Heroes, volunteers and wellness champions will also be recognized.

8:30 am - Program
9:30 am - End of educational portion.
