• Bridgeport community rallying around business, residents after Labor Day fire (6abc.com) — A Labor Day fire at PA Imports Auto Sales on DeKalb Street in Bridgeport displaced residents living above the business and sent a local woman to the hospital with serious burns. Neighbors and nearby businesses, including Bridgeport Ribhouse and supporters from Upper Darby, are organizing donations, benefits, and an Amazon wishlist to help the affected couple rebuild their lives.
