• Contractor in multiple fraud cases pleads to 10 charges (delcotimes.com) — A Brookhaven-based contractor has pleaded guilty in nine criminal cases after taking money from clients and not completing promised home projects, and will serve a sentence on home monitoring followed by lengthy probation while paying restitution. Victims from several nearby Delaware County towns described major financial and emotional harm, and the court tied his continued freedom to making regular restitution payments.
