The Philadelphia Business Journal recently ranked the Top 15 Wealthiest ZIP codes in the Philadelphia region, and five Main Line towns were on the list.

• No. 1 Villanova
• No. 2 Merion Station
• No. 5 Gladwyne
• No. 7 Berwyn
• No. 15 Bala Cynwyd

The Business Journal considered average income; average disposable income; average net worth; and average home value.

For example, in Villanova, the average home value is $950,950, the Business Journal said; it’s $644,226 in Merion Station; $821,072 in Gladwyne; $673,880 in Berwyn; and $522,468 in Bala Cynwyd.
