Beaumont and LM School District Settle Two-Year Suit
The agreement was approved at a special school board meeting Wednesday, the Main Line Times reported.

In July 2010 attorneys for the Beaumont retirement community in Bryn Mawr filed a suit in federal court accusing the Lower Merion School District of not stopping water runoff from the Harriton High School reconstruction project. Now, two years later, an agreement was finally approved between the two parties at a special school board meeting held Wednesday, the Main Line Times reported.
According to the Times story, "the district is agreeing to pay Beaumont $164,500. Along with the payment, the district has also agreed to do additional work totaling $689,602."
