Arrest Made Following Aggressive Museum Panhandling

An arrest has been made in connection with the aggressive panhandler reported outside a Philadelphia children’s museum.

The man was arrested Sunday outside the Philadelphia Zoo, the Please Touch Museum told NBC10.

There had been multiple complaints about a panhandler outside the Please Touch Museum, NBC10 said, and there were concerns -- unconfirmed by authorities -- that the man was targeting women and children.

Police did not confirm an arrest Monday, NBC10 said, and a suspect’s name was not released.
