Main Line Brewers Association Meeting

We meet the first Thursday of each month at  7pm in the sports lounge at Flip & Baileys Bar & Grill in Rosemont, PA. “Flips” is an awesome restaurant and bar with great food and great beer selection. Everyone is welcome to attend a meeting or two before joining to see if our club is right for you. Take a look at the “why join” link and you’ll see why it’s a no-brainer to join.

Our meetings will generally be every month or every other month depending on scheduling and demand. Although our meetings will be different each month depending on who is in attendance, we will generally try to accomplish the following:

1. Beer tasting. You will get the opportunity to share your homebrew with others (and receive critical feedback if desired). You will also get to taste some GREAT beer that our experienced members make.

2. Short Lecture. These ‘mini lectures’ will be focused on a particular technique or piece of equipment that will help you refine your brewing skills. Alternatively, these talks can consist of general advice or tutorials. The talks will be non-technical and geared to brewers of all skill levels. We are very open to suggestions from members as to what these talks should focus on.

3. Socializing / Fellowship. Each meeting will have ample time to meet new friends and share stories and advice. We encourage meeting attendees to order some food and drink and stay awhile after the meeting.
